Small village on the base of the mountains, you will feel smaller!

Mount Cook is far from city lights and therefore has some of the darkest skies in New Zealand - perfect for viewing the night sky!

This is the highest mountain in NZ (3724m). The Hooker Valley Track leads you to the beautiful glacier lake after crossing 3 swing bridges.
